- Eligibility — within 7 days of receiving your item, unused and in its original condition with all packaging, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds — we inspect the return and tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; timing varies by provider.
- Shipping — you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from the total refund.
