A digital business card is a mobile web page about you and your work. People open it from a link, a QR code or a tap of an NFC card, save your contact details in one step and see what you offer: your services, recent work, documents, testimonials you have collected and a way to book or enquire.

Why a paper card is not enough
A paper card carries a name and a number. It cannot show your portfolio, price list or availability, it goes out of date when your role changes, and the person you met still has to type your details in by hand.

Questions before you start
Do I need a physical card?
No. A digital profile works on its own through its link and QR code. An NFC card is optional and adds a tap-to-share way to open the same profile.
Do people need an app to open my profile?
No. It opens in the phone’s normal web browser after a tap, a scan or a click.
What can I show on my profile?
Contact details and social links, services or products, a photo gallery, documents for download and testimonials you have collected. Bookings, enquiry forms, lead capture and a CRM are part of the Business Add-ons plan.
Can I change my profile later?
Yes. Edit it whenever you like; the same link, QR code and card show the updated profile.
Is there a monthly fee?
The Brand Presence and Business Add-ons profile plans are one-off payments. Optional extras that renew, such as the yearly editable link for review and social cards, are labelled as yearly before you buy.
Is there a delivery charge?
Physical NFC cards are delivered with no delivery charge added at checkout. Digital-only plans have nothing to deliver.

Price
The international store charges in US dollars (USD), and every plan is paid once. Brand Presence on its own costs $69.00; with a PVC NFC card it is $79.00. A free profile is also available at no cost.
Privacy
Privacy rules can depend on where the people you collect details from are, not only on where you are based. A visitor in Europe is covered by the GDPR, a California resident may be covered by the CCPA/CPRA, and many other countries have their own laws. If your profile collects contacts, publish a short privacy notice, ask only for what you need, and check the rules for the countries your visitors come from. How people share
If you work across borders, one profile in English with a line in your clients’ languages travels well. Share it by link in email and chat apps, show the QR code on slides and stands, and pick your country’s store to see local prices where they are available.
Delivery
Cards ship through the online checkout to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, the UAE, India and eight EU countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Austria and Belgium); anywhere else is quoted on request. No delivery charge is added at checkout. Outside the UK, EU and India, import duties or local taxes may be due on arrival.
