Questions before you start
Do I need a physical card?
No. A digital profile works on its own through its link and QR code. An NFC card is optional and adds a tap-to-share way to open the same profile.
Do people need an app to open my profile?
No. It opens in the phone’s normal web browser after a tap, a scan or a click.
What can I show on my profile?
Contact details and social links, services or products, a photo gallery, documents for download and testimonials you have collected. Bookings, enquiry forms, lead capture and a CRM are part of the Business Add-ons plan.
Can I change my profile later?
Yes. Edit it whenever you like; the same link, QR code and card show the updated profile.
Is there a monthly fee?
The Brand Presence and Business Add-ons profile plans are one-off payments. Optional extras that renew, such as the yearly editable link for review and social cards, are labelled as yearly before you buy.
Is there a delivery charge?
Physical NFC cards are delivered with no delivery charge added at checkout. Digital-only plans have nothing to deliver.

Privacy
In Italy, the GDPR applies together with the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended in 2018), and the regulator is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. If your profile collects names and emails, give visitors an information notice (informativa) that explains the purpose, how long you keep the data and how they can exercise their rights.
How people share
Italian business still values a personal introduction, and many professionals share contact details on WhatsApp after a meeting. Write the profile in Italian, use the formal Lei where you would in person, and add an English version if you exhibit at international fairs.
