A digital profile that shows your best work
People forget a name. They remember good work.
What is a digital business card profile?
A digital business card is a mobile web page about you and your work. People open it from a link, a QR code or a tap of an NFC card, save your contact details in one step and see what you offer: your services, recent work, documents, testimonials you have collected and a way to book or enquire.
You are viewing our New Zealand storefront. Prices and delivery for New Zealand are quoted on request.
Why a paper card is not enough
A paper card carries a name and a number. It cannot show your portfolio, price list or availability, it goes out of date when your role changes, and the person you met still has to type your details in by hand.
How eDigital Business Cards helps
You build one profile in your dashboard and share it everywhere: in your email signature, on social media, on a printed QR code or on an NFC card. Visitors see your work and can save your details, book or enquire. You see views and leads in your dashboard and can edit the profile whenever you like.
What your profile can show
- Services and products — List what you offer with short descriptions, so visitors know what to ask for.
- Portfolio and gallery — Show photos of recent projects, products or spaces.
- Documents — Add a brochure, menu, rate card or CV for visitors to download.
- Testimonials — Display testimonials you have collected from your own clients.
- Bookings and enquiries — Let visitors request an appointment or send an enquiry. Included in the Business Add-ons plan.
- Analytics and leads — See profile analytics on every paid plan. Lead capture, CRM and data export come with Business Add-ons.
Who it is for
Made for people whose work does the talking. One profile carries it into every introduction, on a screen or across a table.
- Consultants and freelancers — Show your services, case studies and a booking option in one place.
- Creatives and designers — Put your portfolio in front of people the moment you meet them.
- Property professionals — Share listings, brochures and a viewing request form.
- Salespeople — Share brochures and price lists, and capture enquiries for follow-up.
- Teams — Give every person their own profile with consistent company branding.
How it works
- Choose a digital profile on its own, or a profile with a PVC, wooden or metal NFC card.
- Pay once online. Digital-only plans have nothing to ship; NFC cards are posted to you with no delivery charge added at checkout.
- Build your profile in the dashboard: details, services, gallery, documents and forms.
- Share it by link, QR code or a tap of your card, and edit it whenever you need to.

Questions before you start
Do I need a physical card?
No. A digital profile works on its own through its link and QR code. An NFC card is optional and adds a tap-to-share way to open the same profile.
Do people need an app to open my profile?
No. It opens in the phone’s normal web browser after a tap, a scan or a click.
What can I show on my profile?
Contact details and social links, services or products, a photo gallery, documents for download and testimonials you have collected. Bookings, enquiry forms, lead capture and a CRM are part of the Business Add-ons plan.
Can I change my profile later?
Yes. Edit it whenever you like; the same link, QR code and card show the updated profile.
Is there a monthly fee?
The Brand Presence and Business Add-ons profile plans are one-off payments. Optional extras that renew, such as the yearly editable link for review and social cards, are labelled as yearly before you buy.
Is there a delivery charge?
Physical NFC cards are delivered with no delivery charge added at checkout. Digital-only plans have nothing to deliver.

New Zealand local: prices, privacy, sharing and delivery
Price
Every price in the New Zealand store is on request for now. Tell us the product, how many you need and the delivery address, and we reply within 48 hours with a quote: ask for a quote. The free profile costs nothing and needs no quote.
Privacy
In New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020 sets out information privacy principles for collecting, storing and using personal information, and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner oversees it. Privacy breaches likely to cause serious harm must be reported to the Commissioner. If your profile collects contacts, tell people why you ask and let them see or correct what you hold.
How people share
Plenty of New Zealand work comes from trades, small businesses and word of mouth. Photos of recent jobs, your service area and a quick way to call or book do most of the work. A Kia ora in your greeting is common, and the QR code can sit on your van, invoices or shop counter.
Delivery
New Zealand is not on the online checkout’s delivery list, so delivery is quoted on request, together with the price.
